WHOLESALE POLICIES
 
SAMPLES
We are happy to ship samples.  Simply email a list of your 5 favorite items, and based upon stock we will ship 2 or 3 items from your list.  If you like the samples, simply include them in your purchase order.  Or, please return the samples to Lisa Confetti.
 
MINIMUM ORDER
A five piece minimum is required for initial purchases.  There is no minimum reorder, but we suggest that you keep five necklaces in stock to give your customers a good selection and create a display that will most effectively produce sales.
 
LEADTIME
Wholesale leadtime is 4 to 6 weeks, or at a requested delivery date 6 weeks after order placement.
 
SHIPPING
Items will ship US Priority Mail.  Shipping fees are $1 per item.
 
PLACING ORDERS
You may place your wholesale order via the Lisa Confetti website, email or FAX.  If purchasing on the webiste, a credit card payment will be required at the time of order.  If your order is placed via email or fax, we will contact you immediately prior to shipment for check, Visa, Master Card, American Express or PayPal payment.
 
CUSTOM ORDERS FOR MUSEUM STORES
We can create custom pieces featuring the masterworks in your collection, with a minimum order of 5 units.  For more information,

RETURNS
Any items may be returned within 3 weeks of shipment for exchange or full refund.  If an item breaks, it may be returned at any time for repair, and shipping in both directions will be paid by Lisa Confetti.
